So someone from work called me up this morning, I assume that it’s to cover a shift or some other pain in the arse. When I answer it was just a work mate fore warning me that a resident had passed away last night (I always appreciate the fore warnings). But last time I saw her she was in pretty good health which was only like 4 days ago. She was such a lovely lady too and always a good laugh. Carers would argue over who is going to give her personal care in the mornings ‘cos she was just that nice! I cannot believe this happened. We would always talk about the F1 results on a Sunday and just like that she’s gone. :(

So, for some unknown reason to me, I have had barely any sleep for the past 5 nights. Last night I went to bed at around 9:30, had to be up at 7am. With this being the fifth night with barely any sleep, you’d think I’d sleep for 9 and a half hours straight, right? Wrong, I got 3, 4 hours max of wonderful broken sleep.

What’s making it worse for me is when I am awake I’m not having the best of times. Work is a total hail storm of shite! For the last 2 shifts I have worked with the same girl and she has done FUCK ALL! Absolutely fuck all, I can count the tasks I’ve seen her do on one hand. Total bitch, that’s all I need right now.

I just can’t take much more. I think if I don’t sleep tonight I’ll call in sick :p You can call in sick for insomnia right? (Disclaimer: I do not have insomnia and I do not self diagnose myself and claim that I am a fucking doctor.) (Although I am a fucking doctor! XD) If I don’t call in sick I’ll end up getting fired or something. My patience is wearing very thin and people with dementia aren’t good people to be around when that happens.

Damn, sorry for my rant. If you’ve read this far I salute you. I just wanna sleep. Maybe I’ll start a fight club… :p

So I just got my phone back in the post. For the entire time my phone was away I recieved no contact from them what-so-ever, so I didn’t even know my phone was coming back today, lucky I was in really. I get the package open and there is a picture saying the phone has recieved water damage, and has come back to me unrepaired.

Water damage?! I would know if my phone has ever been near any water and it hasn’t! I’m so frustrated!

Okay,if I could accept that what they found was a result of some kind of water damage, why not email or call me (And yes they had both of these contact details.) and ask if I wanted it repaired? I would have happily paid for it!
